Whether those are imagined or real, legitimate phobias or just stuff you put off doing because it scares you, make something that helps you and people who experience your work to overcome it. As a bonus fear to overcome, a friend of ours is running the Medusalaire Jam , and she had the brilliant idea for an "introductions" thread.
