Two weeks. Kiosune Studio only. Make something small that haunts. Kiosune Studio Jam #2 is a Halloween jam about foxes and frights — tricksters, masks, autumn dark, and the things that wear a friendly face. Build a game in fourteen days, submit it, then play what everyone else dragged out of the woods. Runs Wednesday 14 October → Wednesday 28 October 2026 . The theme 🦊 Foxes & Frights Take either half. Or braid them together and see what comes out. You do not need a literal fox in your game. Foxes can be cunning, misdirection, a trick played on the player, something that changes shape when you look away. Frights can be a scream or a slow, quiet wrongness. The best entries usually find a way to be both at once. Some starting points — none of them are requirements: A kitsune that has forgotten which face is its own Something follows you home through the woods. It is very polite. A shrine that answers when you knock Nine tails. Nine chances. Nine endings. A mask you put on for the festival and cannot take off A perfectly ordinary fox. A very wrong night. You are the fright. Someone small is coming to the door. Schedule Wed 14 Oct, 00:00 UTC Jam opens. Theme is live. Start building. Wed 28 Oct, 23:59 UTC Submissions close. 28 Oct – 4 Nov Community voting. Play and rate other entries. Thu 5 Nov Results posted. Joining early costs nothing and reminds you when it starts. Rules Build it during the jam. Start when the jam starts.
