Do you like science fiction and fantasy? Do you like to blend genres? Then this is the jam for you! The goal of this jam is to create an original work of prose (novel, novella, novelette, or short story), a comic, a visual novel, or a TTRPG that fits the science fantasy genre. All subgenres are welcome! This jam is for original content only, no fan work. Stock and free-to-use assets are accepted. Absolutely NO generative AI is allowed. What is science fantasy? Like the blurb at the top says, it's a blend of science fiction and fantasy! This is a broad category that encompasses many kinds of stories of varying degrees of either genre. A work of sci-fantasy must contain at least one element that would be widely considered science fiction, and one element that would widely be considered fantasy in tandem with each other. Modern day technology and science with fantasy elements counts, as does the reverse (fantasy seeming world with out-of-place scientific elements.)
