🎉👻 Calling all 2D game devs! 👻🎉 Spooky 2D Jam returns on the weekend of October 16th-18th 2026 - come and make a Halloween-inspired 2D game in 48 hours! 💰 The overall winner gets a $20 gift card, 2nd place = $15, 3rd place = $10 💰 This jam runs from 6pm BST (1pm ET / 10am PST / 7pm CEST) on Friday 16th October to 6pm on Sunday 18th October. Voting will run for 7 days, with the results revealed at 6pm on Sunday 25th October. All skill levels are welcome! 💬 Join the 2D GAME JAMMERS Discord server 💬 💡 THE THEME 💡 Necromancy Check out the theme poll results HERE! Theme ideas are submitted and voted on by you, the jammers, in the official 2D Game Jammers discord. The most popular themes are then be put into a poll and voted on by the jammers. The winning theme is revealed when the jam began! 🏆 PRIZE: The 1st/2nd/3rd place submissions will win gift cards for a platform of the winner's choosing (e.g Steam, Itch.io) - $20, $15, and $10 in that order! If the winning submission is made by a team, each member will get an equal split of the prize.
