Two washerwoman, stuck on a desert island, made a living by taking in each other's washing. I often hear that we indie devs cannot make a living by taking in each other's laundry. The truth is that we cannot make a living. At least let our clothes be clean. Were the industry healthy, game developers would be a wonderful audience. Who better to appreciate our skill? Who better to understand what we are trying to say? Just because the industry is not healthy, that does not mean we cannot act like it is.
